By accessing or using Bedtaim ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our Service provides AI-generated personalized bedtime stories for children through our website at bedtaim.com. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including both free and premium subscribers.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Service. You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our Service offers both free and premium subscription tiers with different story limits and features. Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor, and we do not store your payment information on our servers. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
